K7PP Repeater is now in it's 35th year of operation and still going strong.
We have evolved to a very large coverage area machine during this time and added new frequencies and areas of service.
In the 80's and part of the 90's, our primary service seemed to be providing an autopatch service for a large number of people. Since the advent of cell phones, the use of the patch has dwindled from over 1000 calls a month to, perhaps, one or two.
I plan to continue offering this service as it may be useful in an emergency and I often use the reverse patch to program the controler and trouble shoot problems.
In the past, we have offered a membership program to those who contribute to the system operation.
Many have chosen to be involved in the actual maintenance issues on the sites. All is appreciated.
